Andrew Constable

Leadership and Change Consultancy

Andrew focuses on the provision of leadership and change consultancy. He does this through working with Boards and other top teams, Executive Coaching, facilitating learning sets and developing groups of senior managers.

Approach
Innovation lies at the heart of Andrew's approach to his professional work. He draws on a wide range of approaches and combines these in novel ways to meet the particular requirements of each assignment. Specific methods may include the use of appropriate psychometric instruments, 360 degree feedback, rehearsing scenarios, stimulating case studies, up-to-date research, theory and concepts, reading materials, follow-up sessions, and relevant examples drawn from other spheres of activity.

Andrew believes passionately in the importance of understanding the context in which an individual or team is operating, and how this relates to the wider organizational and external environment. What makes someone successful in one setting doesn't guarantee their effectiveness in another. This is an area that is often not given the attention it merits.

For larger projects, Andrew is well connected to a range of highly-respected individuals, consultancies and institutions that carry out similar kinds of work, and is therefore able to resource larger-scale programmes with personally-known high calibre people.
